Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to Kozmik (hereinafter "the Site", "we", "Kozmik"). By accessing, registering or using our services you expressly accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the points, please do not use the Site.
1. Nature of the service
Kozmik offers tarot readings, oracles and related services for reflective, introspective and entertainment purposes. The readings do not constitute, nor do they purport to constitute, medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, fiscal, accounting or professional advice of any kind.
For decisions affecting your health, finances, legal matters or emotional life, we recommend consulting licensed professionals in the relevant field.
2. Minimum age
The Site is intended exclusively for persons over 18 years of age. By registering, you declare you are at least that age. We reserve the right to cancel any account we reasonably suspect to belong to a minor.
3. User account
To access certain features you must register and create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing truthful and up-to-date information
- Keeping your password confidential
- All activity performed from your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
A single natural person may not register multiple accounts. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
4. Payments, prices and currencies
Prices are displayed according to the detected and/or selected country. We accept payments through Mercado Pago (Argentina) and PayPal (rest of the world). Payments are processed by these third parties, which apply their own terms, fees and timelines.
Prices may be modified without notice. The applicable price is the one shown at the time of payment.
5. Refund policy
Online readings: due to the immaterial and instant nature of the service, refunds are not issued once a reading has been completed. If there was a technical issue that prevented completion, contact us by email and we will resolve it.
Live sessions: refundable if the client cancels at least 24 hours in advance. After that, refunds are not issued. If Kozmik must cancel on its end, we offer to reschedule or refund at the client's choice.
Courtesies and discounts: promotional codes and courtesy readings cannot be exchanged for money.
6. User conduct
You agree to:
- Not use the Site for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Not attempt to access restricted areas, compromise security or impersonate third parties
- Not use bots, scrapers or automation of any kind
- Not reproduce, copy or resell Site content without written authorization
- Behave respectfully in live sessions. Hostile, discriminatory or sexually inappropriate conduct results in immediate suspension without refund
7. Intellectual property
All Site content (text, design, illustrations, code, "Kozmik" brand, card interpretations) is exclusive property of Kozmik or its licensors. It is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any element without prior written authorization.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Kozmik is not liable for decisions you make based on readings
- Kozmik does not guarantee the service is free from interruptions, technical errors or data loss
- Kozmik is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or moral damages
- The maximum amount of Kozmik's liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim
9. Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or cancel accounts that:
- Breach these Terms
- Carry out abusive chargebacks or unfounded claims with Mercado Pago/PayPal
- Engage in inappropriate conduct during live sessions
- Are used for fraud or impersonation
You may request voluntary termination of your account by writing to us. Termination does not require refunding payments already made.
10. Modification of Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. The current version is the one published on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes implies your acceptance.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
